Job Title: Business Development Executive – Recruitment Agency
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and expand our recruitment services.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a good understanding of recruitment or HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client hiring needs and offer suitable recruitment solutions
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR consultancy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of UAE job market is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 (depending on experience)
