Business Development Executive

About This Role
**Key Responsibilities:** **Business Development**
- Identify and develop **new clients** in GCC / Europe
- Generate leads through **cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and networking**
- Promote recruitment services for **blue-collar & white-collar hiring**
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **HR managers, project managers, and decision-makers**
- Understand client manpower requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Sales & Targets
- Achieve **monthly and quarterly revenue targets**
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordination
- Coordinate with **recruitment team** for timely fulfillment
- Ensure smooth communication between **client & operations team**
- Monitor client satisfaction and repeat business
Market Research
- Identify new markets (GCC, Europe, Romania, etc.)
- Track competitor activity and market trends
Requirements
- **2–5 years experience** in manpower recruitment / overseas hiring / B2B sales
- Excellent **English communication skills (mandatory)**
- Knowledge of **GCC recruitment process (visa, mobilization, compliance)**
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, email)
- Multilingual: **Hindi / Urdu preferred**
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
- Commission based on revenue generated
