Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Salary: Up to AED 3,000 plus attractive commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, property managers, and facility management companies.
- Promote maintenance, fit-out, and technical services.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of UAE experience in BDE/Sales, preferably in maintenance, fit-out, construction, FM, or technical services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- UAE market knowledge and proven lead-generation ability.
