About the Role
JBATA is looking for a driven and versatile
Business Development & Administration Executive
to support our growth and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will serve as the bridge between client acquisition and internal office efficiency — identifying new business opportunities while keeping our operational foundation strong.
Success in this position means growing our client base, nurturing lasting relationships, and ensuring that our office runs smoothly so the advisory team can focus on delivering exceptional results.
You will report directly to senior management and play a central role in shaping how JBATA presents itself to the market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research to expand JBATA's client portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service offerings tailored to client needs across accounting, taxation, and advisory services
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional experience from first contact to engagement
- Support senior advisors with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of client deliverables
- Manage day-to-day office administration including handling incoming communications, maintaining filing systems, and managing office supplies
- Assist in maintaining accurate client records and databases using MS office and CRM tools
- Monitor and support social media presence and marketing materials to enhance brand visibility
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely communication and coordination across departments
- Handle general administrative duties as needed to support the overall efficiency of the office
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or administrative roles, preferably within a professional services or financial services environment
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, pitch services, and follow through on leads
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting or CRM software is an advantage
- Professional presentation and a client-first mindset
Other Requirements
- Based in Dubai with a valid UAE residence visa (dependent visa or own visa accepted)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English required.
