Overview
The leading healthcare company is currently looking forthe Business Development Cum Clinic Coordinator - Arabic Speaker, responsible for managing the administrative and operational activities while actively contributing to business growth, patient acquisition, customer relationship management, and brand development.
The role requires a combination of healthcare coordination, front-office administration, marketing support, and client relationship management skills.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
Patient Acquisition & Retention
- Develop strategies to increase patient footfall.
- Follow up on leads generated through social media, calls, and campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and referral sources.
- Maintain patient satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Marketing Coordination
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Coordinate social media activities with marketing agencies or internal teams.
- Promote clinic services through digital and offline channels.
- Help organize health camps, wellness events, and community outreach programs.
Revenue Growth
- Support management in achieving revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare monthly business development and performance reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Hospital Administration, and Related field
2-3 years of experience in the health care industry
Well versed in MS Office Suite, Clinic Management Software / EMR Systems, CRM Handling and Basic Reporting & Data Analysis
Strong communication skills
Sales and negotiation ability
Customer service orientation
Multitasking and time management
Leadership and teamwork
Problem-solving ability
Professional appearance and attitude
