Role overview
The coordinator supports Alpin's Strategic Development team and sales activities for a sustainability-related programme in the GCC.

Business development duties
- Identify prospective clients and stakeholders; research target markets, upcoming projects, opportunities, and industry contacts.
- Maintain client lists, lead trackers, opportunity pipelines, business development databases, and sales progress records.
- Assist with expressions of interest, prequalification documents, proposal submissions, proposal drafting, review, and formatting.
- Coordinate technical inputs, project information, CVs, credentials, pricing, deadlines, client clarifications, and follow-up actions.
- Support proposal follow-ups, client requests, purchase orders, contract coordination, and lead tracking through award and handover.
- Prepare status summaries and dashboards; help organize client meetings and maintain business development materials.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Strategic Development team.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Good written and spoken English, interpersonal communication, organization, attention to detail, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, work under supervision, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous exposure to business development, sales coordination, proposal preparation, or consulting is preferred.
- A KSA driving license is an advantage but not mandatory; a passport allowing efficient travel is specified.
