Role Overview
- We’re looking for a Customer Success & Business Development Executive who can help manage client relationships, support business growth, maintain communication, and keep campaigns moving smoothly.
- This role combines customer success, relationship management, and business development.
- You will help bring in new opportunities while maintaining a strong experience for existing clients.

- You will work closely with the founder and help support the day-to-day client experience.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients and support business development efforts
- Follow up on inbound leads, networking contacts, and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, hospitality brands, lifestyle businesses, and other potential clients
- Manage communication with clients through WhatsApp, email, and meetings
- Follow up with leads and potential clients
- Support campaign coordination between creators, clients, and internal team members
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and campaign documents
- Maintain project timelines and task tracking
- Help onboard new clients and creators
- Organize campaign deliverables and approvals
- Support client retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities
- Identify opportunities for long-term partnerships and recurring retainers
- Handle scheduling and coordination for shoots and campaigns
- Assist with reporting and campaign updates
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and social media platforms
- Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional communication style
- Comfortable working remotely or in a flexible startup environment
- **Bonus** if you have experience with:
- Customer success

- Influencer marketing

- Meta Ads or TikTok Ads
