What You’ll Do

  • Build effective working relationships with the internal Acadian team, institutional, wholesale and retail clients, prospects and consultants
  • Provide client service and sales support to all members of the relationship management team
  • Schedule and track meetings in conjunction with sales and client service teams
  • Prepare presentations and materials for clients and prospects
  • Oversee new account start-ups and closures
  • Ensure all activities are undertaken within Acadian’s internal control and compliance framework
  • Work with internal groups to ensure all reporting requirements are met and internal management systems are current; Assist with completing client and consultant reporting requirements
  • Work closely with global teams to complete consultant, researcher and prospect RFPs and questionnaires
  • We’re Looking for Teammates With:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Commerce/Business/Economics/Accounting; Ambition to complete further study, e.g. CFA
  • 3-5 years experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably funds management
  • Strong service mentality to respond quickly and professionally to prospect and team needs
  • Accomplished independent worker but possessing strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of colleagues in a fast-paced environment
  • Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Strong analytical skills; Well organised and exceptional attention to detail
