About This Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Arabic Speaker) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth in Arabic-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, generating leads, and expanding the company’s presence across target regions.

Key Responsibilities Market Research & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities in local and regional markets (Arabic-speaking regions).
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition trends, and potential growth areas.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Manage and expand the company’s client portfolio in Arabic markets.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations in Arabic and English.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients.

Communication & Coordination

  • Translate documents, proposals, and marketing material between Arabic and English.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on business performance and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic (native or advanced) and proficient in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of regional markets and business culture in the GCC or MENA.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
