- As we expand our presence across the UAE, we are looking for a freelance outbound business developer to partner with us to open doors within the region's design, hospitality, and private-client sectors.
- The role
- You will be helping developing the local market for our French partners, true artisans in art and interior decoration since centuries.
- This role means owning the full cycle from prospecting to closing in the UAE market: identifying, contacting, and qualifying the people and projects that match our positioning, then setting up qualified meeting.
- This is a hunter role where we wish to have an enthusiast partner who is proactive, relationship-led, and focused on quiet-luxury clientele.
- Who you'll be reaching
- Interior designers or high-end residential projects, hotels, branded residences, and design-led developments.
- Private clients: Collectors and homeowners furnishing distinctive spaces.
- Resellers & showrooms: distribution and retail partners who fit the brand.
What you'll do
- Build your own pipeline of prospects across the three segments above.
- Run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, in-person where relevant) using messaging that respects the brand's refined, editorial tone.
- Represent Bazar de Ville at fairs, showroom visits, and industry events in the region.
- Keep clean records of activity and pipeline, and report on progress.
- What we're looking for
- Proven outbound / business development experience, ideally in luxury interiors, design, furniture, real estate, or hospitality.
- An existing network in the UAE design, development, or HNWI ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Comfortable opening conversations at a senior level and building trust with a discerning clientele.
- Fluent or native English; Arabic and/or French are valuable.
- Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently as a freelancer.
- Genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and the world of art de vivre.
Terms
- Freelance contract, flexible commitment.
- Compensation: Very interesting commission on closed business.
- Based in Dubai or Abudbabi.
- You must be legally allowed to work in the UAE
- Remote - occasional meet ups with Dubai team at Meydan Freezone coworking space
