We are entering a critical growth phase and are looking for an experienced
Senior Business Developer
who can create immediate commercial value through a proven track record, a strong network, and deep industry expertise within the fitness, wellness, and health-tech sectors.
The Role
- We are not looking for a traditional salesperson.
- We are looking for a
- strategic Business Developer
- who can open doors, build high-value partnerships, and accelerate sustainable growth.
- You have an extensive network within the fitness, wellness, health-tech, or broader consumer health ecosystem and know how to turn opportunities into tangible business results.
- You thrive in entrepreneurial environments and are excited by the opportunity to help shape a company during its growth journey.
- You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in:
- Business Development
- Strategic Partnerships
- Market Expansion
- Commercial Growth
- Distribution Strategy
- Go-to-Market Execution
What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with fitness chains, gyms, boutique studios, wellness brands, coaches, health platforms, and health-tech companies
- Leverage your existing network to create commercial opportunities and accelerate growth
- Lead negotiations and independently close partnership agreements
- Develop new markets, distribution channels, and commercial collaboration models
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the industry
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to develop and execute growth strategies
- Identify scalable revenue opportunities and new business models
Who We're Looking ForRequired Experience
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or commercial growth roles
- Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships and high-value commercial deals
- Strong and active network within the fitness, wellness, health-tech, sports-tech, or consumer health sectors
- Experience developing and executing growth and market expansion strategies
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-moving startup environment
