We are seeking an experienced **Arabic Nationality Business Developer** to oversee and support multiple branch operations across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination between branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day operations across company branches.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor branch performance and provide improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate with branch managers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proven experience in business development, branch management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and teams effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Willingness to travel between branches when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the UAE market and business environment.
