Key Responsibilities
Analyze HR operational performance and provide data driven recommendations for improvement.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations, and management briefings.
Support the development, review, and continuous update of HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist in preparing HR documentation related to compliance, investigations, and employee relations cases.
Review HR processes to identify gaps, risks, and non compliance issues, and propose corrective actions.
Support HR planning activities, including workforce planning inputs, process mapping, and HR action plans.
Coordinate with HR specialists to gather data and ensure accuracy and consistency of documentation.
Follow up on the implementation of approved HR initiatives and process improvements.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper control and security of HR documentation.
