Role overview
Develop, maintain, and support business applications across quotes, orders, manufacturing, quality assurance, and business reporting.
Work on an Agile team across the software development lifecycle with developers, business stakeholders, and DBA teams.
Responsibilities
- Refine user requirements and stories, translate needs into scalable solutions, and contribute to technical design and architecture.
- Build reusable code, conduct code reviews, and document integrations and support processes.
- Support applications after go-live; investigate system problems and change requests.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, track work, and communicate implementations during Sprint Reviews.
- Domestic and international travel may be required.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Angular and C# development experience, including RxJS and NgRx.
- Strong SQL Server and T-SQL experience, including CRUD, data aggregation, stored procedures, functions, and query troubleshooting.
- Git version control and basic repository management proficiency.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with SSMS Projects, GitHub, SSIS, SQL Agent jobs, DBATools.io PowerShell libraries, or RedGate SQL Server Toolbox.
- REST API or GraphQL development and integration experience.
- React JS UI experience and knowledge of CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks.
- Microsoft Azure DevOps experience with Boards, Repos, and Pipelines; Agile and Scrum team experience.
Work context
The role requires working at a computer for extended periods.
