Essential

  • 7–10+ years of experience as a

Business Analyst,

  • preferably in corporate banking or transaction banking.
  • Strong experience working on
  • digital channels, preferably native mobile applications.
  • Solid domain knowledge of
  • cash management products; exposure to trade finance is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience working in
  • Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
  • ·Ability to produce high-quality

BRDs,

  • user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and
  • stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

  • Hands-on experience or strong exposure to
  • OBDX and/or OBPay platforms.
  • Experience working with global system integrators or digital agencies.
  • Understanding of corporate client journeys, entitlements, and multi-role approval models.
  • Exposure to mobile security, authentication, and regulatory requirements in
  • banking.

Responsibilities

  • Crafting user stories and sprints to support the product development.
  • Act as a key bridge between business, product, UX, and technology teams for the native mobile corporate banking application.
  • Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
  • Domain expert with Payments and Trade, passionate about translating visions into solutions and contributing to a continuous cutting-edge business and organization customer experience.
  • Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel
  • Ensuring the system design is perfectly aligned as per the needs of the users.
  • Elicit, analyse, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements for mobile-first journeys.
  • Ensure requirements align with company’s digital strategy, architecture standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Apply strong understanding of mobile app best practices, including usability, security, scalability, performance, and accessibility.
  • Support definition of mobile-specific features such as dashboards, approvals, notifications, authentication, and role-based access.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive, modern, and consistent mobile journeys.
  • Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system with the view of automating the test plan
  • Assisting business to coaching technical and non-business staff on the product intents, business requirements and value to customers.
  • Acting as a team lead on designated projects or assignments and providing work direction to one or more technical or clerical staff.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders across functions.
  • Skilled in reviewing
  • SIT, UAT test cases
  • and ensuring all positive and negative functional and non-functional scenarios are covered.
  • Able to guide the business on value-added changes and avoid non-value- added changes with focus on business process transformation.
  • Work closely with Product Owner and Business stakeholders to identify the prioritized backlog items and expand the required user stories in an incremental deliverable.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications Miro, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DevOps or equivalent Confluence.
  • Ensure alignment with client operating models and corporate banking workflows.
  • Work with technology teams on requirements related to:
  • **OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience)**
  • OBPay / payment platforms
  • Authentication solutions (e.g. SafeNet or equivalent)
  • Support integration analysis across core banking systems, channels, and third-party vendors.
