Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to map processes, document requirements, and support technology program delivery.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid role in downtown Toronto, with 2–3 days per week in the office.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Lead requirements workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Analyze current business processes and system workflows for gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Support data, integration, and enterprise application projects; clarify requirements and validate solution designs.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, delivery leads, and QA teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Maintain requirements documentation, traceability, and change logs throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews, solution walkthroughs, and sign-off on requirements and designs.
- Support UAT planning, test case review, and defect triage.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project delivery.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Experience with data, integration, and enterprise application projects.
- Strong process mapping, requirements documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively across business and technical audiences.
- Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to UAT, test case review, and defect validation is an asset.
