Team and role

Development and delivery

• Build full-stack applications with Angular and Java with Spring Boot, including reusable responsive front-end components and RESTful back-end services.
• Integrate front-end applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems; write clean, testable code and follow secure coding practices.
• Create and run unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and troubleshoot defects across the application stack.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, client workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Document requirements, solution designs, technical decisions, and user-facing features with business and technical teams.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, application modernization, and release activities.
• Use AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and delivery.
• Research application development, AI-enabled delivery, and cloud technologies; prepare client presentations, reports, demonstrations, and technical documentation.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on Angular and TypeScript experience through internships, co-op, academic work, or personal projects.
• Experience developing back-end applications or APIs using Java and Spring Boot, plus practical use of AI-assisted development tools or AI integration.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, component-based design, forms, routing, API integration, RESTful services, JSON, relational databases, and Git.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, debugging, and software testing fundamentals.
• Exposure to SDLC and agile delivery practices; strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication and ability to collaborate across functional teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Angular testing tools, Java testing frameworks, microservices, API security, authentication, authorization, SQL databases, and object-relational mapping experience are preferred.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, containerization, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, infrastructure or deployment automation, prompt engineering, generative AI, machine learning, or responsible AI practices is preferred.
• Leadership or teamwork through campus involvement, extracurricular activities, internships, or co-op placements is a plus.

Work arrangement

• The position uses a hybrid work model.

Salary

• The salary range is $50,000 to $90,000; individuals may be eligible to participate in a bonus program.
