Business Analyst

What you’ll bring

• Experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Experience with collaboration and process modelling tools such as Miro, Visio or Figma.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
• It would also be beneficial if you have:
• Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Pega.
• An understanding of APIs, JSON, XML, system integrations and enterprise applications.
• Awareness of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Business Analysis, Agile or Pega certifications.
