Change Manager

Role overview

What you will work on

• Develop and execute the change strategy and approach across the ANZ transformation program.
• Assess organizational, operational, technology, and customer impacts of proposed changes.
• Create integrated plans covering process, people, technology, operating model, and organizational impacts.
• Identify dependencies, risks, resistance, and readiness needs; establish governance, reporting, and measures.
• Explain future-state process impacts for employees, teams, roles, and responsibilities.
• Support implementation of procedures, workflows, controls, and new ways of working.
• Improve adoption through communications, training, coaching, and reinforcement, and ensure sustainable improvements.
• Develop audience-appropriate change communications and help managers lead their teams through change.
• Set baseline measures and track transformation progress.

What will help you succeed

• At least 5 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering change across complex business transformation programs.
• Experience with process improvement, operational efficiency, or customer-service transformation.
• Experience developing and executing communications, training, readiness, and adoption strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management across frontline employees through senior executives.
• Strong facilitation, influencing, relationship-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across business, operations, and technology teams.
• Financial services, banking, wealth management, payments, fintech, or other regulated-environment experience is highly desirable.

Work arrangement

• The company works five days in the office.
