Who You Are
- We're looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong relationships and helping teams navigate change. You'll be comfortable working across both business and technical audiences, using your experience to challenge, influence and guide stakeholders. To be shortlisted, you need to offer...
- Proven Business Analyst experience within complex technology and business change environments
- Experience gathering, documenting and managing detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and working closely with developers throughout the software delivery lifecycle
- Knowledge of data, reporting and systems transformation projects, ideally involving large datasets and process improvement initiatives

- What You'll Be Doing
- Working with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and define solutions
- Creating detailed requirements, user stories and development tickets for offshore delivery teams
- Supporting backlog management, prioritisation and sprint delivery activities
- Helping move business processes from spreadsheet-based ways of working into strategic technology platforms
- Collaborating with data, forecasting, trading and operational teams to assess impacts and deliver successful change
