The role links business units, technology teams, users, managers, and support teams.
What you will do
- Gather business requirements through interviews and working sessions, analyze information, and recommend solutions.
- Document business requirements using defined templates and facilitate sessions with subject-matter experts.
- Act as an intermediary among IT, users, and managers and maintain links between business, technology, and support teams.
- Identify change needs, assess and communicate impacts, and use analysis to improve productivity and reduce risk and costs.
What you bring
- At least 2 years of relevant project management and defect management experience.
- Analytical problem-solving ability, adaptability, initiative, autonomy, time and priority management, and good oral and written communication.
- Knowledge of Contact PL, Maestro, Contact 360, Jira, and Confluence is an asset; Agile methodology knowledge is also an asset.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada; Canadian work experience is not required.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required because the role regularly interacts with English-speaking colleagues across Canada.
Work model
