What you’ll do
- Understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Bridge business teams and developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Build consensus, obtain approvals, and support informed decisions through delivery.
- Identify risks, impacts, and dependencies for change initiatives.

- Business Analyst experience in change, transformation, or project delivery.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Experience with digital, systems, or technology-led initiatives; regulated-industry experience is desirable.
- Stakeholder management and consensus-building across technical and non-technical groups.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall and experience alongside development teams.
- Analytical problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
