Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst, located in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work-from-home opportunities.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, identifying and documenting business requirements, assessing existing processes, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency.
Additionally, the individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of business needs.
Qualifications
- Possess strong Analytical and Business Analysis skills to assess data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Experience in Business Process and Business Requirements management to evaluate current workflows and recommend improvements
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and to present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial public relations or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in tools and applications for data analysis and project management is preferred
