- SAP ERP (functional knowledge), POS systems, CRM (Salesforce), E-commerce
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Practical understanding of generative and agentic AI
Consulting & Data Awareness
- Translate business needs into automation, AI, and data-driven solutions
- Familiarity with ETL concepts, APIs, and Azure Data Warehouse / Synapse
- Understanding of data quality, dependencies, and reporting readiness
Core Skills
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of project delivery and solution lifecycle
- Preferred certifications: PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, Copilot Studio (Applied Skills), **CBAP**
- 5–10 years BA / functional consulting experience, preferably in Luxury retail
