Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Auto Leasing to lead the end-to-end process mapping, requirement definition, and system fitment for the auto leasing business across enterprise platforms including Salesforce, SAP (S/4HANA), and DMS systems (e.g., CarPro/Proaxia VSS).
This role is critical in ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, aligned with best practices, and effectively translated into scalable system solutions across sales, contract management, billing, and aftersales processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5 10 years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong experience in automotive leasing / fleet management domain
- Proven experience working with:
- CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- DMS systems (CarPro / Proaxia / Keyloop or similar)
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs
