About This Role
Skills & Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong understanding of Golf operations (tee time booking, membership management, retail) and Hospitality industry preferably from Asset Management perspective. Understanding of the lifestyle and leisure industry. Understanding of financial performance of Assets and associated processes.
- Experience with systems such as POS, CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) , Tee Sheet platforms, Membership CRM, ERP, Loyalty.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (loyalty programs, mobile apps, online booking).
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Visio, Power BI, JIRA, ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and vendors.
- Understanding of hotel operations and hospitality technologies preferably from an asset management perspective. Understanding of financial performance of Assets and associated processes.
- Define business requirements for loyalty program features and associate leisure related experiences
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs and reporting for loyalty engagement and ROI.
- Ensure loyalty workflows comply with data privacy, PCI DSS, and UAE data residency regulations.
- Document and optimize omnichannel loyalty experiences across mobile, web, and POS touchpoints.
