Bits In Glass is seeking a Business Analyst for its Creatio team.
The role partners with internal teams and clients to understand business needs, optimize workflows, and deliver CRM solutions.
The position supports customer success and operational efficiency through automation and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze customer data and usage for insights and improvement opportunities.
- Map and optimize business processes and customer workflows.
- Model and support process automation.
- Collaborate on CRM solutions and customizations.
- Configure solutions with no-code and low-code tools.
- Validate system designs and implementations.
- Support client adoption, delivery issue resolution, training, and onboarding.
- Participate in agile delivery and sprint activities.
- Identify future work opportunities and maintain change control.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Three to five years of Business Analyst experience focused on customer success and CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and CRM systems.
- Enterprise client experience.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, process mapping, and improvement identification.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Technical knowledge of low-code platforms and system integrations.
- Experience with Jira or DevOps.
- Creatio experience is strongly preferred.
- CRM or customer success certifications are a plus.
