Bits In Glass is seeking a Business Analyst for its Creatio team.
The role works with internal teams and clients to understand business needs, optimize workflows, and support CRM solution delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements; translate them into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze customer data and usage; map and optimize business processes and customer workflows.
- Model and support process automation; configure and customize solutions using no-code and low-code tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams on CRM solutions and customizations; validate designs and implementations against requirements.
- Support client adoption, resolve delivery challenges, and lead or assist with training and onboarding.
- Participate in Agile sprint activities and identify future work with clients and sales and delivery teams while maintaining change control.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience focused on customer success and CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and CRM systems; Creatio is strongly preferred.
- Enterprise client experience, data analysis and reporting experience, and experience presenting insights for business decisions.
- Experience in process mapping, Jira or DevOps, and technical work involving low-code platforms and system integrations.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management, prioritization, and documentation skills.
Preferred credentials
- Certifications in CRM platforms or customer success management are a plus.
