Bits In Glass is seeking a Business Analyst for its Creatio team.
The role supports CRM solution delivery by understanding business needs, optimizing workflows, and improving customer success and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze customer data and usage to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
- Map and optimize business processes and customer workflows.
- Model and support process automation implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver CRM solutions and customizations.
- Configure and customize solutions using no-code and low-code tools.
- Validate system designs and implementations against business requirements.
- Engage with clients to support adoption and resolve delivery challenges.
- Lead or support client training and onboarding.
- Participate in agile sprint activities and delivery processes.
- Identify future work opportunities with clients and sales and delivery teams while maintaining change control.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on customer success and CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and CRM systems; Creatio experience is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and presenting insights.
- Experience in process mapping and improvement identification.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Technical knowledge of low-code platforms and system integrations.
- Experience with Jira or DevOps.
- CRM platform or customer success management certifications are a plus.
