Business Analyst (Corporate Banking Transformation)
About This Role
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Corporate Banking Transformation and Business Engineering. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to drive digital initiatives, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable banking solutions.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Conduct workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement sessions
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
Work on corporate banking transformation initiatives (digital/migration projects)
Analyze current (As-Is) and design future (To-Be) business processes
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and use case documents
Define workflows, data mappings, and integration requirements
Collaborate with development and QA teams for solution delivery
Participate in SIT and UAT testing; validate business scenarios
Support deployment, go-live, and post-production activities
Ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
Work in Agile environment and participate in sprint ceremonies
Track tasks, defects, and progress using tools like Jira
