Role overview

Main responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between schools and the Digital and Technology team, aligning educational needs with digital solutions.
• Support adoption, usage, and maturity of digital tools across the school network.
• Gather school feedback, challenges, and insights and translate them into actionable digital improvements.
• Drive communication, engagement, and change management related to digital initiatives.
• Engage teachers, school leaders, and support staff to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities related to digital tools.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize feedback to inform product enhancements and digital roadmaps.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for schools using digital platforms.
• Partner with the Digital team to ensure solutions are practical, user-centered, and aligned with school needs.
• Develop communication materials, guidance, and best practices for digital adoption.
• Monitor usage, adoption, and maturity across schools and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement; advocate for schools in digital planning and digital strategy within schools.

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant professional experience working with schools, education environments, or digital platforms.
• 3–5 years of experience in education support, digital enablement, customer success, or stakeholder engagement roles.
• Experience in training, support, or change enablement is an advantage.
• Experience working directly with teachers, school leaders, or education teams is preferred.

Knowledge and skills

• Excellent written and spoken English, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, digital teams, and leadership and build trust across diverse school environments.
• Ability to translate user needs and feedback into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience supporting training, adoption, and change in a structured but flexible way.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, organization, planning, and timely execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Cultural sensitivity, empathy for user needs, and a user-centered mindset.
• Ability to think strategically about digital maturity while supporting day-to-day adoption.
