Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker)** to join our team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation, along with hands-on experience in enterprise-level projects.
The role requires fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to effectively bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience
in **mobile and web application revamp or enhancement projects** is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications
- Prepare documentation including BRD, FSD/FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions in Arabic and English
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Assist in UAT planning, test case reviews, and business validation
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in change requests, impact analysis, and requirement traceability
- Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
