About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze software applications to identify key workflows, use cases, and business scenarios
- Gather, document, and structure business requirements with stakeholders and SMEs
- Translate application knowledge into clear input for AI and learning teams
- Create structured templates to support consistent knowledge capture
- Define validation criteria and acceptance frameworks for tested assets
- Assess business logic complexity to help prioritize AI generation efforts
- Support AI-human collaboration by structuring information for AI consumption
- Act as a link between business users, technical teams, AI specialists, and learning teams
- Communicate with Arabic-speaking stakeholders when needed
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Solid process modeling experience, especially BPMN
- Experience writing use cases and translating business needs into technical requirements
- Strong understanding of software applications and business processes
- Ability to design validation frameworks and structured data templates
- Good knowledge of knowledge structuring techniques for AI or automation use cases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Nice to Have
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with AI-driven test generation or machine learning projects
- Experience in knowledge management or learning teams
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification
