Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in the various trades indicated above. Should have general knowledge of buildings maintenance standards asn practices and understand the use and care of tools required on this job. Must be able to work from schematics and diagrams Must demonstrate aptitude for mechanical work Must qualify for an automobile operator’s license and demonstrate ability to operate a motor vehicle safely Successful completion of the EEI MASS test.
