Manage and grow assigned juvenile and baby brands in the UAE market.
The role seeks hands-on experience with kids, baby, juvenile, or FMCG products and understanding of the UAE market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies, marketing plans, and promotions.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Manage launches, campaigns, and other brand activities.
- Partner with sales teams to achieve brand sales targets.
- Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market activity; coordinate with principals and suppliers.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain brand visibility across retail and online channels.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Brand Management experience in the UAE.
- Experience with kids, baby, maternity, FMCG, or juvenile brands or products.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and retail landscape.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; commercial focus on sales and growth.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–9,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Sharjah, UAE.
