JOB POSTING: Brand Manager – Perfume (Luxury)
We are seeking a highly creative and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead and grow a premium perfume brand in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in luxury branding, fragrance marketing, and retail strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with luxury positioning
- Drive brand awareness through digital, retail, and influencer campaigns
- Manage product launches (new fragrances, limited editions, gifting collections)
- Oversee visual identity, packaging, and storytelling
- Collaborate with perfumers, suppliers, and creative teams
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online + offline)
- Manage social media, PR, and influencer partnerships
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
- Work closely with sales teams to drive revenue and retail performance
- Build brand presence across malls, e-commerce, and duty-free channels
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field• 5–8 years experience in beauty / fragrance / luxury retail• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC perfume market• Experience in brand building, product launches, and campaigns• Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer strategy, and social media• Experience managing retail + e-commerce channels
PREFERRED
- Experience in perfume, cosmetics, or luxury brands
- Understanding of Arabic fragrance culture (oud, musk, oriental notes)
- Experience with premium packaging & storytelling
- UAE/GCC market experience (highly preferred)
