Brand Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with clients to understand their branding and marketing requirements
• Prepare PPTs, proposals, campaign decks, and monthly presentations
• Present ideas, plans, and updates to clients confidently
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams
• Coordinate with design, content, ads, and social media teams for execution
• Track deliverables and ensure timelines are met
• Share client feedback and revisions with internal teams
• Maintain proper documentation of client communication and approvals
• Support senior team members during pitches and client meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in brand management, client servicing, or an agency environment (strong freshers may be considered)
• Working knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and social media fundamentals

Skills & Competencies

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the confidence to present to clients
• Presentation skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides, with an eye for clean, persuasive decks
• Briefing ability: Skill in turning vague client asks into clear, actionable briefs
• Organisation: Strong multitasking, follow-up, and deadline management
• Collaboration: Comfortable working across creative, content, performance, and social teams
• Attention to detail: Careful with documentation, approvals, and revision tracking
• Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar) is a plus
