• We are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Brand Acquisition Creative Specialist to join our Brand Acquisition team.

• What you'll be doing
• In this role, you will partner closely with Brand Acquisition, Buying, Marketing, E-commerce, and Commercial teams to create compelling and visually impactful presentations, brand pitch decks, trend reports, and creative concepts.
• Combining strong visual storytelling with commercial insight, you will help showcase new opportunities, support the acquisition of leading fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, and contribute to key strategic business initiatives.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing compelling pitch decks and presentations for prospective fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands
• Transforming commercial data and business insights into engaging visual stories
• Creating trend presentations, seasonal product showcases, and brand proposals
• Supporting the development of pop-up concepts, shop-in-shop mock-ups, and visual merchandising proposals
• Producing creative content that reflects market trends and consumer insights
• Coordinating project documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communications
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• What we are Looking for
• We're keen to hear from candidates who bring a blend of creativity, commercial awareness, and analytical thinking.
• 3–6 years' experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field
• Previous experience within Fashion, Luxury Retail, Beauty, Department Stores, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands
• Strong experience creating executive-level presentations and pitch decks
• Ability to interpret business data, market trends, and commercial insights into visually engaging content
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams on creative and strategic projects
• Technical skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)

• PowerPoint and/or Keynote
• SketchUp or similar 3D visualization tools
• Strong presentation design and typography skills
• Excellent visual storytelling capabilities
