Boundary Application Project Manager

Role overview

Location and schedule

• Based in Calgary, Alberta, with four days per week in the office.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end initiatives, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to support alignment and timely delivery.
• Maintain project plans, risk assessments, status reports, milestones, and change requests.
• Ensure organizational, data governance, and security standards are met; resolve or escalate issues.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in software or digital applications.
• Strong understanding of boundary applications, data integration, and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification; ERP implementation experience; or experience in regulated or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Pay

• Pay is listed as CAD 120–150 per hour.
