Overview

We are currently supporting one of our esteemed clients on a large-scale project within a leading educational institution in Qatar.

The project involves **facility maintenance**, including ongoing **operations and maintenance (O&M)** activities, and requires skilled technical professionals to ensure system performance and reliability.

We are currently looking for **BMS Technicians** for a **1-month project (extendable)** to support this engagement.

Job Details

  • **Number of Vacancies:** 2
  • **Job Type:** Short-Term Contract
  • **Contract Duration:** 1 Month *(extendable based on project requirements)*
  • **Working Days:** 6 days per week
  • **Working Hours:** 9 hours per day *(8 working hours + 1-hour break)*
  • **Salary:** QAR 4,250 (all inclusive)
  • **Location:** Qatar University

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support of **Building Management Systems (BMS)**
  • Handle instrumentation and control devices related to **air conditioning systems**, **fire safety systems**, **lifts**, and other facility systems
  • Work on BMS platforms and systems from manufacturers such as **Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Bailey, Landis & Gyr**, and other equivalent systems
  • Perform day-to-day **Operations & Maintenance (O&M)** activities to ensure system reliability and performance
  • Identify faults, carry out corrective actions, and support preventive maintenance activities

Qualification & Experience Requirements

  • Completion of **1.5 to 2 years of full-time technical training** from a **recognized institute** in the home country
  • Minimum **3 years of extensive hands-on experience** in repair and maintenance of **BMS systems**
  • Proven experience working with major BMS brands (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Bailey, Landis & GYR , or similar)
  • Strong experience in **facility maintenance environments** is mandatory
  • Applicants must possess **original educational and technical certificates** for verification
