Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Blue Collar Recruiter** to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for overseas blue-collar manpower requirements.

The successful candidate will coordinate with recruitment agencies, HR teams, and government authorities to ensure smooth hiring, visa processing, onboarding, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled on time.
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns and monitor candidate sourcing activities.
  • Review and verify candidate documentation before submission to HR.
  • Act as the primary liaison between recruitment agencies, HR, PRO, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate visa issuance, processing, renewals, and candidate mobilization.
  • Track candidate arrivals and ensure timely onboarding arrangements.
  • Arrange airport pickups and communicate arrival schedules with relevant departments.
  • Monitor visa validity and ensure renewals or replacements are processed on time.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and visa status reports.
  • Follow up on visa reimbursements and other agency-related financial matters.
  • Manage cases involving visa rejections, offer rejections, cancellations, absconding employees, and medical unfitness.
  • Ensure recovery of visa and related costs from agencies where applicable.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new recruitment agencies while maintaining required documentation.
  • Address concerns and queries from recruitment agencies and deployed employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar or overseas manpower recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE visa processes and labor regulations.
  • Experience coordinating with recruitment agencies and government authorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, facilities management, manufacturing, logistics, or manpower outsourcing industries.
  • Familiarity with recruitment agency management and overseas hiring processes.
