Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Blockchain Strategy Lead** to design, implement, and oversee blockchain initiatives that support digital rights management, smart contracts, and secure transactions.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable blockchain strategies that align with organizational goals and empower artists.
Key Responsibilities
- **Blockchain Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise-wide blockchain adoption frameworks.
- **Smart Contracts**: Develop and oversee smart contract solutions for artist agreements and licensing.
- **Digital Rights Management**: Implement blockchain-based systems to protect intellectual property and royalties.
- **Risk Management**: Identify blockchain-related risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and global blockchain frameworks.
- **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of NFTs, decentralized platforms, and tokenization models.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with executives, artists, and regulators to align blockchain initiatives with business objectives.
- **Mentorship**: Guide technical teams and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Blockchain Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of technology experience, with at least 5 years in blockchain leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of **blockchain frameworks** and GCC regulatory environments.
- Expertise in Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, or similar platforms.
- Experience with NFTs, DeFi, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience in entertainment-tech or artist management organizations preferred.
