- نبذة عن الوظيفة:
- تبحث الشركة عن قائد استراتيجية البلوك تشين لقيادة مبادرات وتقنيات البلوك تشين داخل المؤسسة، وتطوير استراتيجيات مبتكرة تدعم التحول الرقمي، مع تقييم وتنفيذ حلول قائمة على تقنيات السجلات الموزعة لتعزيز الكفاءة والأمان والشفافية في العمليات.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية البلوك تشين بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.
- تقييم فرص استخدام تقنيات البلوك تشين في مختلف القطاعات والعمليات.
- قيادة مشاريع البلوك تشين من مرحلة التخطيط حتى التنفيذ.
- التعاون مع فرق التطوير والأمن والعمليات لتصميم حلول مبتكرة.
- الإشراف على تصميم العقود الذكية (Smart Contracts) وتطبيقاتها.
- تحليل الاتجاهات والتقنيات الحديثة في مجال Web3 والبلوك تشين.
- ضمان الامتثال التنظيمي والأمني للحلول القائمة على البلوك تشين.
- إدارة العلاقات مع الشركاء التقنيين ومزودي الخدمات.
- إعداد دراسات الجدوى والتقارير الاستراتيجية للإدارة العليا.
- تقديم التوصيات المتعلقة بالتحول الرقمي والأصول الرقمية.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في تقنية المعلومات أو التحول الرقمي.
- خبرة عملية في تقنيات البلوك تشين وWeb3.
- فهم قوي للعقود الذكية، DeFi، والأنظمة اللامركزية.
- معرفة بمنصات البلوك تشين مثل:
- Ethereum
- Hyperledger
- Solana
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع التقنية والاستراتيجية.
- معرفة بالجوانب التنظيمية والأمنية للأصول الرقمية.
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- التخطيط الاستراتيجي والابتكار.
- تحليل الأعمال والتحول الرقمي.
- إدارة مشاريع البلوك تشين.
- فهم العقود الذكية والتطبيقات اللامركزية.
- القيادة وإدارة الفرق.
- مهارات التواصل والتفاوض.
- حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.
- التقنيات والأدوات المفضلة:
- Solidity
- MetaMask
- Hardhat
- Truffle Suite
- OpenZeppelin
