Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute blockchain strategies aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives
• Lead blockchain-based projects from planning to deployment and implementation
• Research emerging blockchain technologies, market trends, and industry innovations
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive management to define project requirements
• Identify opportunities for blockchain integration in finance, operations, cybersecurity, and data management
• Oversee smart contract development and blockchain platform architecture
• Evaluate blockchain solutions, vendors, and technology partners
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, and data privacy standards
• Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership
• Mentor and guide blockchain development and innovation teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Master’s Degree is an advantage
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in blockchain technology, digital transformation, or strategic technology leadership
• Strong knowledge of blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, or Binance Smart Chain
• Experience with smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps)
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies, tokenization, and Web3 technologies
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and blockchain governance
• Excellent leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
