Join Binance in a fast-paced VIP and institutional sales role at the intersection of technology, finance, and crypto.
This is an accelerator-program internship with meaningful responsibility and performance targets from day one.
Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire and onboard new customers while owning an individual target.
- Build trust and relationships with global institutional and VIP clients.
- Maintain customer communication, understand needs, and track status and progress.
- Work with departments to provide key customer service solutions.
- Develop new client acquisition methods using data-driven insights and experience.
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in sales, marketing, or finance.
- A proactive headhunter mindset and ability to build relationships with high-potential prospects.
- Understanding of sales roles, sales targets, and prior sales experience.
- Experience at an online brokerage or financial institution is highly desirable.
- Willingness to take on targets from day one and deliver results.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and adapt when guided.
- Strong communication, client management, relationship maintenance, and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
