The Binance Accelerator Program offers an internship in VIP and institutional sales.
The role operates at the intersection of technology, finance, and crypto and includes performance targets and meaningful responsibility from the beginning.
Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire and onboard new customers while owning an individual performance target.
- Build trust and develop relationships with global institutional and VIP clients.
- Maintain communication with customers, understand their needs, and track their status and progress.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide customer service solutions.
- Develop new customer acquisition methods using data-driven insights and experience-based learnings.
