Role overview

What you'll do

• Research institutional, broker, and VIP prospects; support prospect lists, account expansion, and reactivation of dormant high-value accounts.
• Assist with client proposals, incentive structures, and follow-ups; coordinate workflows to reduce onboarding and activation friction.
• Produce recurring reports on client volumes, concentration, activation, and program performance; retrieve and validate internal data and flag anomalies.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and work with Product, Compliance, and Legal on eligibility and incentive setup.
• Maintain product documentation, process playbooks, and internal knowledge bases; suggest improvements or automation for repetitive work.

What we're looking for

• Current university student or recent graduate; 0–2 years of relevant experience, with internships counting.
• Attention to detail, comfort with numbers and structured criteria, and strong organization for recurring deadlines.
• Working proficiency with spreadsheets; basic SQL or willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear written communication and ability to summarize data and decisions for stakeholders.
• Based in the UAE or able to work effectively on a UAE-aligned remote schedule.

Preferred experience

• Familiarity with crypto, exchange, fintech, VIP, or institutional client programs is a plus.
• Understanding of spot or futures trading mechanics, maker/taker, fee tiers, or rebates is a plus.
• Exposure to BI tools and data warehouses is a plus.
