Affiliate Business Development Accelerator

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and potential partners to support affiliate-network growth.
• Assist with affiliate negotiations, onboarding, and documentation; maintain communication with key accounts and analyze performance.
• Contribute to promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI and build reports from internal data to improve channel performance.
• Monitor competitors and assist with affiliate-strategy adjustments; identify potential scams or manipulation in the network.
• Learn and use in-house tools, collaborate with developers to improve systems and interfaces, resolve issues, and analyze existing data.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with media, influencers, or key partners.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent English is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are advantageous.
• Familiarity with the crypto space is a plus; proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
