Role overview

Responsibilities

• Grow the affiliate network through outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and potential partners.
• Support affiliate negotiations, onboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with key affiliate accounts and analyze their performance data.
• Help create and execute promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI.
• Build and maintain internal-data reports to optimize affiliate channel performance.
• Monitor competitors and help adjust affiliate strategies.
• Identify potential scams or manipulation as part of affiliate fraud detection.
• Collaborate with developers to enhance internal tools and interfaces, resolve issues, and analyze existing data.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development.
• Familiarity with crypto is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with media, influencers, or key partners.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
