Full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Focus is on bridge projects exclusively.
The modeler creates, develops, and maintains detailed 3D structural models for bridge structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and maintain detailed 3D structural models for bridge structures.
- Ensure accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project specifications and standards.
- Interpret construction drawings and coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams.
- Update models to reflect design changes and site conditions.
- Prepare model-based documentation and clash detection reports.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and project coordination meetings.
- Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows and adhere to quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in BIM tools and workflows specific to structural bridge projects.
- Ability to interpret and develop detailed construction drawings and model-based documentation for bridges.
- Experience collaborating with architecture and structural design teams.
- Familiarity with MEP coordination within bridge and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience as a Structural Modeler on bridge and heavy civil engineering projects.
- Hands-on experience with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or equivalent bridge modeling tools.
- Knowledge of international and regional bridge design codes and standards.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized training in BIM is an advantage.
- Previous Middle East infrastructure or bridge project experience is preferred.

- Hybrid setup with some work-from-home flexibility.
- Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
